The main offering. Side by side conversations, thought partnership, reflective reflection.
In a series of coaching sessions tailored to your needs, we spell out your big dreams, and we define what pulls you. We sort out aligned interests and actions from what's not aligned, and talk through various paths you might take to meet your most fulfilling life, whole + head on (literally + figuratively).
This process is deeply connected to you: your Higher Self, your spirit team, whoever and however you define that. Walking into the unknown with confidence is a likely side effect.
You'll come out of our sessions with any of the following:
An x-year plan that includes baby steps, big steps, and practices to maintain and sustain you in pursuit of your dream.
A Resource Map: a list of resources by category that will support you with the heavy lifting, ideas of people and communities you can connect with to get your dreams off the ground.
A process or system to help you adjust your map, your plan, or keep defining and re-defining what calls you so that you stay in alignment with yourself, your gifts, and the life that's always calling you.
Executive Function Coaching
Perhaps you already know where you are going and you just need to stop self-sabotaging long enough to get there. Let me help you revamp and/or (re)create a system for you, by you. For example, I can help you:
Create a habit system that is flexible and adaptable, allowing you just enough balance between structure and flow.
Evaluate and adjust your current habit system so that it works for you, not against you.
Create a habit system and map, test it, and revise until it works.
In all of those cases, I can work with you side by side, re-iterating and adjusting your systems until it feels right for you. It is as hands-on or hands-off as you need it to be.
A quick note about executive function coaching: I am not a therapist. I won't diagnose you, or give medical advice. I help people build systems and create habits that help manage executive dysfunction. If you see your diagnosis as an excuse (not a reason), you've already lost and we won't work well together. I offer tools to help you manage, from my personal practices; as well as my experience as a coach for executive function, an educator, and independent researcher.

I am mission-driven, purpose-filled, and a little neurodivergent myself (apparently I learned executive function techniques on my own so it didn't show until matrescence). The processes I use are mine—tried, tested, and refined. My life is one of re-invention, pivots, and hand left turns. The systems I share come from acting as an explorer playing with the deeply loving energy of life.

All-Around Thickums 2020*
I had a good sister friend with whom I used to laugh until we cried ALL THE TIME. We had our own secret language of goofiness and understanding. I attribute it to being two Sagittarian women of a similar age. She dubbed me an "All-Around Thickums" in 2020, and I promised to put that bit of high praise on my website. It's been there ever since.

Developmental and Copy Editing (from dissertations, to blogs and websites, to full length manuscripts)
